Double Blind Peer Review
At IJTAG, we follow a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure that all published research meets the highest standards of academic quality, integrity, and relevance.
-
Tier I Screening: The process begins with submission, where authors submit original research aligned with the journal's core themes. This is followed by an editorial screening to assess the manuscript’s relevance to transparency and accountability in governance and its scholarly merit. Only manuscripts that meet our strict quality benchmarks move forward.
-
Tier II Screening: Upon clearance, the editorial board selects expert reviewers with domain-specific knowledge. Manuscripts are anonymised before review to eliminate bias. Reviewers assess submissions on originality, argument clarity, methodological soundness, relevance, citation integrity, and ethical standards.
-
Tier III Screening: They then submit peer review reports with recommendations: acceptance, minor/major revisions, or rejection. Based on these reports, the editorial board makes a decision, which is communicated to the author(s). If required, authors revise and resubmit their manuscript. This revision process may occur over multiple rounds until the manuscript meets publication standards.
Once finalised, the accepted manuscript is published, and authors are notified accordingly. To read the detailed review process and associated policies, please refer to our official website https://www.theijtag.in/.
