The International Journal of Transparency and Accountability in Governance (IJTAG) is a fully open access journal. All articles published in IJTAG are made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the authors.
This policy is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access. IJTAG does not charge any subscription or access fees, and users have unrestricted access to all published content.

Aims and Objectives
The International Journal of Transparency and Accountability in Governance (IJTAG) is the flagship journal of the Centre for Transparency and Accountability in Governance (CTAG) at National Law University, Delhi. Published annually and subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, the journal serves as a dynamic forum for scholarly dialogue on the evolving dimensions of governance, legal accountability, and public administration.
Aims

To advance critical scholarship on issues of transparency, accountability, and governance from a legal and interdisciplinary perspective.

To serve as a platform for academics, practitioners, and policymakers to engage with contemporary legal and policy debates on governance.

To promote academic inquiry into challenges facing good governance, democratic participation, and administrative justice in India and globally.
Objectives
